At Mind Body and Soul, we believe in providing a refuge for restoration, relaxation, and realization.

Mind Body and Soul a non-profit 501 C (3) organization seeks to serve and empower families in Trumbull County through holistic wellness. We will engage and educate the mind; build the body and search the soul.

 


The purpose of  MBS is to provide holistic intervention services to meet the academic, social, recreational, and emotional needs of youth (and their families) who are at risk for academic failure and emotional instability. Services will include academic instruction and enrichment, mental health counseling and case management, nutrition and physical education, and character and asset development. 

Mind Body and Soul is staffed by professionals who are devoted to building self-worth of youth and families in the Trumbull County area. We will develop the assets necessary for youth and families to live healthy and accomplished lives.


 

We've expanded our business to include this Web site so that our stakeholders can enjoy convenient access to information, new programming and ideas, as well as a place to network with others who have similar interests. (Please see "Let's Talk.")
